The Briston Community Nursery School Staff
Our staff are our greatest asset. We have a strong team of mature, experienced, well qualified professionals who receive on-going and up-to-date training. They all dedicate time to getting to know the children well so that they really understand each individual's needs and potential.
Each child is allocated a key worker who has a special responsibility for him or her. This allows parents to exchange information about their child's progress on a daily basis. We are proud of the good rapport we have with both parents and children.

All our staff are CRB checked and undergo regular training in First Aid, Health & Safety, Lifting & Moving, Food Hygiene and Child Protection. Staff also attend regular courses to update and learn new skills and bring new information to the setting to enhance the children's learning, so we are able to provide the best environment for the children in our care.
Our team is very approachable and friendly providing a very happy, caring and stimulating environment for the children.

Stella Lloyd, ManagerStella took over as Manager in 2005. She has 20 years experience in childcare and has an NVQ 3 in Childcare and Education. She is currently studying for an NVQ 4. Stella has two grown up sons who both attended the nursery. |

Christine Morgan, Deputy ManagerChristine has been working at the nursery since 2003. She has an NVQ 3 in Childcare and Education. She also has a young daughter attending the nursery and a son who is at school. |
Anne Monks, Early Years PractitionerAnne works with our pre-school children aged 3-5 years. She too has worked at the nursery since 2003. Anne originally trained as a primary school teacher and has two grown up daughters who both attended the nursery. |

Rachael Piper, Early Years PractitionerRachael works with our children aged 18 months - 3 years. She has worked at the nursery since 2001 and has an NVQ 3 in Childcare and Education. Two of Rachael's children also attended the nursery. |

Shelley Head, Early Years PractitionerShelley works with our children aged 18 months - 3years. Shelley started working at the nursery as a student and joined the team in 2004. She has an NVQ 2 in Children's Care, Learning and Development. |

Anna Barker, Early Years PractitionerAnna works with our children aged 18 months - 3years. She has worked at the nursery since 2004 and has an NVQ 2 in Childcare and Education. She is studying for Level 3. |

Jane Greves, Early Years PractitionerJane works with our children aged 18 months - 3 years. She has worked at the nursery since 1986 and has an NVQ 2 in Childcare and Education. Jane has three children who all attended the nursery. She is also a grandma. |

Polly Perfect, Early Years PractitionerPolly works with our children aged 18 months - 3 years. She has over 23 years experience working with children. Both of Polly's sons attended the nursery. |

Tracy Hanton, Early Years PractitionerTracy works with our pre-school children, aged 3-5 years. She has recently joined our team, having worked with early years children for four years. She has an NVQ 3 in Early Years Education. |

Alison Fox, Early Years PractitionerAlison Fox works with our pre-school children, aged 3-5 years. She has recently joined our team, having spent two years working in a local school with Key Stage One children. She is currently undertaking her NVQ 2 training in Early Years Education. |
